If you click “Log In” link on the top left corner at our online shop homepage,
you will see email address and your password input boxes.
Right below these input boxes, you see “Forgot your password?” link.
When you click “Forgot your password?” link, you will be asked to input your
email address.
When you input your email address and click “submit info.”
system will email you a NEW PASSWORD.
Please make sure to change to new password of your choice after logging
into your account.
